Sourcing our produce in environmentally friendly ways is and always has been of paramount importance at HFM.

It’s important to stock a full range of produce for our customers and being in the north of a Northern European country can provide its fair share of challenges through the gaps in British production.

This is why we endeavour to procure our range when out of British season by boat.

Wherever possible, produce from outside Britain will have been transported by sea.
